Separated Yet Together

From: Bishop Charles Edward Davis, Pastor &
Board of Directors of the Indiana Avenue Pentecostal Church of God, Inc

The spread of Covid-19 and the various responses recommended by Scientist, Medical Professionals and Government Leaders are resulting in numerous challenges to us as a Church.

In this interim time of concern about the spread of the Corona Virus our face to face services have been suspended.

For the safety and well-being of our members and friends we are complying with the practice of social distancing. However, at the same time we refuse to allow any Spiritual Distancing.

We are in-process of adding links to our website and social media pages of past IPC worship experiences to help usher in a fresh move of the Spirit in each of us that even while we are separated we are yet together in the Spirit of Christ.

As long as the concerns of a pandemic continue, we will search for further means to engage and share the Gospel of Christ with all.

Also, during these challenging times we ask our Members to continue to support IPC financially.

Anytime you cannot attend a live worship service, those of us that are using smartphones can support using Give by Text

If you are the member of a health club, many times they require our membership fees even when we miss chances to participate.

Remember, we benefit from IPC prayers, calls and visitation even when we cannot attend, therefore we should be diligent to maintain contributions during this period by using Give by Text

Simply send a text to 312-874-5034 with the amount you would like to contribute. Make sure to include the dollar sign before the amount (example: $25). Within a few minutes, you’ll be sent a text with a link to register. Click on the link and enter your cardholder name and credit or debit card information. Once your registration is complete, you will receive a text verification and a receipt via email.

For future giving, simply send a text with the amount you wish to give, and it will process automatically!

Let us continue to pray for one another that we all become the person God designed us to be.

Humbly submitted.
